A recent Heights Life article recommended calling Animal Control or the Sheriff if you see a Bobcat in the yard.
I'd instead recommend to do what I did, grab a camera and try to get a picture (above).
We are fortunate to live in an area where there still is wildlife.
If you are going to call someone, call your neighbor so they might get a photo too, or at least a chance to see it.
Of course you should remember that Bobcats, Coyotes, and other predators are wild animals, and you should not put yourself, children, or pets in harm's way.
